Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation and to provide the best possible service to all of my beautiful customers, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service will be charged.
-If you No-call, No-show, or cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged.
I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice in case of cancellation. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
Please note that the cancellation fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with reserving the time and resources required for your service. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
